When items are in stock, most orders ship within 2 business days. We will notify you of any backorders and an expected ship date. Pillows are made-to-order and estimated to ship in 2-4 weeks from order placement. We use FedEx for all shipments. All FedEx shipping options (Ground, 2 Day, and Overnight) must take into account a 2 business day processing time before shipping. For example, an order placed on a Friday afternoon might ship as late as the following Wednesday.

A signature is required upon delivery. FedEx will make three delivery attempts to your shipping address. After the third attempt, they will hold the package at their warehouse for you to pick up. D. Bryant Archie Textiles is not responsible for additional shipping fees if you do not pick up your package. Please note, FedEx does not deliver to P.O. boxes. Rates apply to shipping in the Continental United States only. For rates outside of the US, please email [email protected] or call us at 646-593-7902.

If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, you may return the product for a full refund, less shipping charges within 7 days of order receipt. Product must be in new condition and in it's original packaging to receive a full refund.

Return package must include the provided paperwork, or a printed version of the paperwork. All return shipments unaccompanied by paperwork will be subject to a 20% restocking fee.

All custom orders are FINAL SALE. All sale product is FINAL SALE. No returns or exchanges will be accepted.

Because all product is handcrafted, there may be slight variations in color, texture and finish. We do not consider these flaws, but rather an indication of our product uniqueness.

We use personal information collected from you only to fill orders that you have requested, we do not share or sell your information to third parties. Our website is secure, however if you prefer, you may call, fax, or email us to place an order.
